At Gwinnett Ophthalmology, we understand that there are many things you worry about regarding your eye care, but the price shouldn’t be one of them.
For patients without insurance or those patients with high deductibles who may choose not to submit their claim, Gwinnett Ophthalmology offers straightforward and affordable self-pay pricing.
Every new visit includes medical history taking and a comprehensive eye examination including refraction and dilation (unless contraindicated) by our Ophthalmologist.
Our initial comprehensive eye examination is $150 and prescription eyewear (branded frame and lens) start at $150 for single vision and $175 for multi-focal (progressive) lenses
Below is a list of our most common services and their self-pay prices. Please keep in mind that based on the finding of your eye exam, additional services may be needed at the time of treatment. Should this be the case the Staff of Gwinnett Ophthalmology will discuss those services and their cost before they are performed.
